Stenmann Oy imports high-quality weldable tungsten carbide products. These wear parts feature a dual-layer construction:
White Steel Layer: Boasting a hardness of 700 HB, this layer provides exceptional wear resistance.
Steel Base Layer: The second layer is a traditional steel base designed for secure welding.
Tungsten carbide products are recommended for use in high-wear areas such as crusher drop and impact zones. They are also ideal for protecting the most wear-prone sections of buckets.

Armored Plates for Superior Wear Resistance
Armored plates are an excellent solution for applications requiring exceptional wear resistance. They are primarily used to line the most wear-intensive areas of buckets and rock crushers.
The plate is composed of steel base layer and welded hard coating.
The hard coating delivers 4–5 times greater wear resistance compared to traditional 500 HB wear steel. These plates can be easily attached to target areas using conventional welding methods.
