Hydraulic Breaker Maintenance

A hydraulic breaker is a device subjected to heavy strain, requiring regular maintenance. In addition to scheduled servicing, the operator should regularly check the condition of the breaker. The condition of the tool and its retainers should be inspected weekly. Monthly, the operator should check the wear of the lower tool bushing and tool retainers. Refer to the user manual for wear tolerances. Neglecting these guidelines could lead to equipment failure.

We provide maintenance for the MTB hydraulic breakers we import. We also service breakers from major brands such as Atlas Copco, Furukawa, General Breaker, Rammer, and Soosan.

Our maintenance services include: disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of the breaker, replacement of seals and parts, pressure accumulator refill, repair of the casing if necessary and reassembly.

We have specialized equipment such as:

A 200-ton hydraulic press for removing lower tool bushings
A 20,000 Nm torque wrench for gas-powered breaker side bolts
A large industrial washer
We work with NDT Nord Oy for crack detection on side bolts.

We also offer rental breakers for use during the maintenance period.
